We had the most wonderful time in this lovely home. It had everything we could possibly ask for to keep the kids entertained and allow the parents to relax ! It was our third visit to Florida but the first time we had stayed in a villa and we would highly recommend it - great to sleep in comfortable beds, wash our clothes and shower or bathe in luxury and make food as and when the kids demanded !!!!! We'd also like to say a big thank you to Sharon, Paul and Brenda at Jeeves who were so kind and helpful during our stay.

We had a blast at your house during our stay in Florida. Even though it was the coldest time since 1973 (if I recall right) we still had great time. The pool and jacuzzi were warm, beds were great, kids loved the games room and Wii, adults enjoyed fully equipped kitchen, large kitchen table and of course big TV. There were 12 of us and yet the house was big enough to fit us in with no problem. Disney, malls and other sights were only approx. 20min away, so easily reachable with car. For golfers I recommend Southern Dunes just 5min away and Champions Gate 10min away. Hopefully we'll have a chance to rent your house again in the future, but with better weather (not 40's...)

This was our first visit to Florida and we had such an amazing time . We felt so lucky to be staying in such a spacious and beautifully decorated house . The boys loved the pool the games room and enormous plasma tv - some days we even had to persuade them to go to the theme parks as they didn't want to leave the house !! We enjoyed some great bbq's by the pool and after hours walking around the theme parks it was so lovely to come back 'HOME'.

"Despite it being a rainy week, the house was so beautiful and comfortable the inclement weather hardly affected us. We have just returned from staying in Ty Seren (5-19 June 2009) and can highly recommend it as a holiday base! It was our eighth trip to Florida (although for the other seven family members it was their first) although the first time we have stayed in a villa, and it exceeded all of our expectations. All of the little touches that make it feel like a home from home were found throughout the villa, and the games room went down exceptionally well with the three children (aged from 9 to 14) in the group!! The pool was fantastic and a welcome respite from the 95 degree heat in the afternoons, and there was plenty of space to ensure that everyone could do what they wanted, when they wanted to.
All of the information provided by Helen and Shaun helped to make the stay even more enjoyable, including recommendations for local restaurants - Mannys was great, although we wish we had gone before our final night!!!
Overall everyone had a great time, and we will make sure we pass the details on to anyone we know considering a break in Florida!! We are already considering our ninth trip back to Florida in 2010, and will definitely consider a return trip to Ty Seren!!!

All I can say about your home is Wow!!!!. Everyone said the same thing about the house. It was absolutely beautiful in every way. We all had a very wonderful vacation. The weather was great, no rain and great for golfing. We used the pool every day and we had so much fun. It was a perfect vacation. We had our friends from London Ontario, who thought the house would be perfect for a vacation with their adult children and grandchildren. My friend from Vancouver was amazed at the quality of everything in the house. You should be very proud of it. We had friends stop by one day (they were staying in Venice Florida) for dinner and we had them stay over as we over drank the wine a little.
What a lovely home !

The highpoint of our family vacation was the wonderful two weeks we stayed in your beautiful home. We could not have had anywhere more suitable I am sure in Florida !
We enjoyed pure luxury with everything we needed at our fingertips. We especially loved your pool and enjoyed many barbeques on the deck.The girls had lots of fun in the games room and playing the Wii in the loft area. Helen- Thank-you for all your advice and always answering our many questions so quickly.
The only disappointing thing about your house is that we had to leave it !! . We had a wonderful time , everything was great. Your home was the real highlight for us. It was so wonderful to come home at the end of the day at the parks and just relax either in or beside the pool!
We drove in to St.Pete's for 2 nights and tried to cancel one night so we could come back to your house !! Unfortunately, we were unable to, so we stayed. We went to 5 parks , and 1 water park . We had spent a lot of time in Disney last time so we focused more on the others. We went to the 2 Universal parks, Magic Kingdom, Seaworld, and Busch Gardens. Of them all we liked Universal's parks the best. We went to Aquatica which was the best water park I have been to so I would certainly recommend that one .
We did try to go to Manny's, and as you said it was blocked with people and the family were too hungry to wait so we went to CrackerBarrell. We did have some barbeques at your house and filled your propane tank. We did enjoy 2 meals at the Outback.
We hope to visit you again some day. I even looked at next year but I can see the vacancies are few !

We spent April 8th to April 17th, 2009. We had a fantastic time in a beautiful home. What more could we have asked for? There was 5 of us in our group and we were very, very comfortable. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished. The house and property were very well maintained and more than met our needs. The bedrooms were very spacious and the adjoining bathrooms were plentiful. What more could we have asked for? We took advantage of having the pool heated and made very good use of it--daily to be exact and also some night swims. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. . The owners were excellent in their communications and very well organized with their information they provided.
We would definitely return to this property and would highly recommend it to all.

We just spent the last week (April 18-25) at Ty Seren and could not have been more pleased with our home away from home. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had 4 kids ranging from 4 yrs to 8 yrs old and they really enjoyed the game room, the Wii and the pool. It was so nice to come home to a house we could all spread out in, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The house has been very well taken care of and is in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone we talk to. Helen was so wonderful with all her tips and continuous emails to make sure everything was up to par. I would recommend one thing to future guests...the week we stayed, the temp was in the mid to upper 80's and had been in the higher 70's to lower 80's for several weeks prior, so we decided not to get the pool heated. I would recommend to get that heat! The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, although the kids handled it well. Thanks again Helen, for everything you've done and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Our family spent two weeks at Ty Seren in January/February. We have two small children, the eldest of which is 27 months old - barely old enough to begin enjoying what this home and the the surrounding area has to offer, but she very much loved the house (she declared it to be "her" house), the pool (which was beautifully heated - important for small children) and all of the little things which made the home so child friendly. As our children get older, they will more and more appreciate the games room, the pool, the Wii and more.
Helen (one of the owners) was in constant email communication with us before and during our stay, passing along tips and information and ensuring that our stay was going along well. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been staying at a friend's house!
Guests obviously treat the home with respect. It is modern, spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The pictures paint an accurate description and nothing is overstated in the description. You will enjoy your stay here thoroughly. We will return.

"We stayed for a fortnight this July and were sad to leave. We totally
agree with the other reviews - the property is stunning with every luxury
accessory thought of by the owners. The interior decor and furnishings are
5 star.The photos, although magnificent, don't really do the place
justice. The pool is beautiful, outdoor furniture really high quality and
comfort and the barbeque is fantastic. We were quite happy to spend whole
days at the pool and then watching DVDs on the HUGE screen at night! (And
have family pool, basketball and air hockey tournaments in the games
room!)
Customer service from the owners was outstanding - American standards here
in the UK! Any queries were promptly answered, and hints and
recommendations offered in abundance.
Without doubt the best villa we've seen, let alone stayed in. Recommended
without reservation. We will return, but will have to book early as next
year appears to be already getting busy.
Shops and good restaurants are all only a few minutes away, and we can also
recommended using the home delivery food menus that are kept in the kitchen drawer!"

We have just had a fantastic holiday at Ty Seren and I don't normally write reviews but I thought this villa was so exceptional that it deserved feedback to help allay any fears a sceptic reviewer might have.
The villa is exceptional quality throughout and the height of good taste having every facility you could think of making it feel like a home away rather than a rented accommodation. I think this differentiates it from your standard villa making it worth every penny. The pictures give an expectation of quality and the reality did not disappoint. The facilities are too numerous to review individually but everything you needed was provided. When I asked my son after 6 days how the TV was in his bedroom and he replied 'he hadn't had time to look at it', I knew something was right!
I think one of the keys when booking these types of accommodations is good customer service to allay any fears you have and special thanks should go to Helen who was exceptional. She is both proactive and helpful in every aspect giving you a reassurance and information so that everything will be fine for your stay. I'm sure the other owners contribute in the background as well as the villa is very well maintained. The next time I come back to the area this will be the first place checked for availability.

What can I say ? Your home is fantastic !! I loved everything about it - from the huge living area to the MASSIVE comfortable beds to the luxurious pool area. The house is spectacular in every way - my family and I didn't want to leave it to visit any of the parks! We really enjoyed chilling around the pool and soaking up that fabulous Florida sunshine.We also really appreciated the many extra touches that the house provided. My family and I have just returned from a two week holiday staying at Ty Seren.
What can I say, the house is absolutely fantastic.
The perfect holiday home, in extremely luxurious surroundings , very clean and very comfortable.
Located in Haines City we found it an easy drive to all the Disney and Universal parks , during our 2 week stay we drove to both the east and west coasts of Florida which was only 1hr's drive either side and well worth the drive.
For most of us this was our first trip to Florida, having such a wonderful place to stay added to the whole experience.
We will definately go back again.
